What’s in the title? Telemann was chosen by Johann Sebastian Bach to be Godfather to his son Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, and the program will feature all three composers. The London Handel Players is a dynamic baroque ensemble that brings together leading period-instrument baroque chamber musicians. The ensemble that includes leading British baroque “dream-team”: Adrian Butterfield (violin), Rachel Brown (flute/recorder), Katherine Sharman (cello/gamba) and Laurence Cummings (harpsichord). They will bring a delightful program of these great baroque composers to life.
